General rules:

The rules that applied to Best's RPs apply here (idk if they're the standard ones or w/e).
My own rules (or one's I'm re-stating):

Do not god-mod. this RP involves guns, you WILL be shot at some point or another, you CANNOT DODGE BULLETS, but you can get behind cover.
I do not count bullets, and I don't expect you to...I just want you to play fairly with it and don't abuse ammo.
You play as a soldier in the beginning, you should act like one or else bad things may happen...which is only logic speaking here.
DO NOT ABUSE PRIVILAGES. I give you alot of shiny things, DON'T TREAT THEM LIKE THEY'RE METAL, because they're GLASS. (I'm talking about all the shiny you start off with instead of attain)
You have to be serious with this RP...you can do as you want, don't get me wrong, but you WILL die if you mess up too much in the wrong place. Oh, and don't break the fouth wall, if you please...a little on occasion is ok, but don't do it alot (Best's RP is an example)

Rule on weapons: for the beginning, I want you to be very specific on weights and such, this only means that you have to be realistic.
Example: Assault Rifle, pistol, 3 grenades, combat knife. <------ that is realistic
Example: Assault Rifle, 2 pistols, a rocket launcher, a shotgun, 8 grenades, two swords. <---- that is NOT realistic.

any currently existing weapon is a weapon you can have, but again, be realistic. I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to say no to a molotov as a starter weapon.

It takes longer than touch-hacking, but you connect to any living thing you can see. You have to maintain eye contact with the target (not eye-to-eye, but you have to keep looking at it). Once connected, you sense everything they do, and you can hear surface thoughts. (this specific one is called HIJACK)

Description: About 6 and a half feet in height (This time I remembered to use the English system, yay!), muscular build in accordance to the rules, with blue eyes and black hair, which tends to be unusually over-greased (but is at an average length)

Weapons/items: SN-7 Sniper Rifle, TP-M-4 Pistol, 5 throwing knives (Assuming they're the lightweight and relatively small ones we know of today), Anti material knife, doesn't use grenades. Some surgical equipment and stuff to fix/take apart/make machines like fusion cutters, if you can call those weapons.

History: Vaclav was born in a shitty little town in Czechoslovakia, being a member of a traditional castle-owning German-Czech family. It was one of the few powerful German families who weren't kicked out of Czechoslovakia by the Communist government after the takeover due to the male line's historic great bureaucratic skills. The family was surrounded by tradition, and all male heirs were expected to be gentlemen and 'fully civilized'. Doing the government's finances and paperwork from his castle for his father, Vaclav sought something new. Eventually this yearning became evident to the family, who responded by enlisting him in an elite unit in the Czech army, where he managed to rise partially due to skills and partially due to family influence to the point where he received an invitation to S17. He happily ditched his fellow countrymen and left for overseas. Good with machineary, the US government infused him with the ability to scan. There, he learned how to synq with his ability, and learned medical and surgical skills as well, something he had abandoned years back, only to learn again.

Personality: Quite civil, but also willing to kill if he's told to. To him, war is a sport, and he is more than willing to play, but usually, unless told to, will never pick up a grenade or rocket lawnchair due to the fact that those weapons are barbaric and not enough fun to use. By civil, I mean that he won't settle a feud with a brawl, but rather with a giant long scheme to eliminate opponents in a civilized way with impunity. There's no right or wrong to him, and he won't stand up for anyone or anything he doesn't know or possess. Socially he's not that reclusive, and doesn't really look down on 'barbarians' like the traditional stereotype of the upper class, and in fact prefers to not talk with officers. Militarily he does what he does because he does only what he's told if he has an order, and will follow them to the death.

Any habits, obsessions, or fears?: His favorite game use to be hunting, until, of course, he found that hunting people was far more interesting than hunting animals. He has an unnatural non-aggravation from typing reports, but somehow finds shopping completely annoying.

...even if you plan on lugging around a backpack of large size, the higher ups would question your need to have all those explosives all the time, lol

TS, I think you're lying. Colin, your char is the best of the best. He's very precious. Of course, after you die, the government can salvage a 50% increase in approval if they get Hans Zimmer to construct cool tracks to your version of black hawk down. Death to appease the audiences, how nice.
