I lay awake. Enveloped in darkness, mind racing and body unmoving. Yet, my slumber will not come. I cannot return to my world of dreams, why?

Just saying, I've been having nights where I just can't sleep recently and I'm not entirely sure why I'm having this trouble. It doesn't go on for more than one night at a time, but, it's just not good, ya know. Tonight was no different... When will my land of dreams welcome me back?

Could be your sleeping patterns. If you slept at extremely late then began sleeping early, that might be one of your problems.
