I almost dropped my entire semester fault of not giving a fuck. Trying to get back into it.

I have a lot of deep thoughts when I'm walking outside or sitting in the bus or standing in the shower and I never get to write them down.

I wonder how much information I have lost.

I wonder how many changes I could've made if I managed to say the right thing at the right time for the right person.

this is, unfortunately, a commonality, not just among creative people, but the common as well
if we are not invested in or currently thinking about something, the information tends to flee quickly. For me, it happens while I am running; best has suggested i start carrying a sharpie around for this reason, but i have yet to do so

the best thing i could suggest is doing something similar: keep a notebook handy, or just a sharpie and write on your hand or arm if this isn't possible. it won't save everything, obviously, but it'll help retain some of your ideas. similarly, writing them down in multiple places helps you think more about them, so writing it down once, and then putting it down here, for instance, would help you retain the info better
