Post UnHonorable War

"Damn it, Alevon!" Gabrielle cried out. Then she quieted down and looked at the brain with the same critical eye. "So... that thing... pilots the mech?"

Alevon is still breathing heavily
He just shakes his head in anger
"...nothing I do is right......"
He whispers

Alevon sharply jabs Josh in the side with his elbow, standing now
"...don't touch me, I can walk on my own. It's just that you people were whining so much about the death of that thing that I tried to pacify the situation by fixing it...just took alot of energy."

Alevon continues walking, absorbing the ground as he goes

"It's my thing! I'm supposed to be a bitch, I'm supposed to be blunt-honest!" She shook her head. "Either you conform to the unrealistic standard of others, or you accept the way you are!"

Alevon looks at Gabrielle spitefully
"...I clearly can't act how I see fit! I tried that earlier and you see where that got me?!"

Alevon makes his hand into the shape on a gun and pretends to shoot himself, glaring at her

'Wow, spunky. I like that.'

'Be quiet.'

Ariel ran up to Gabrielle and formally introduced herself.

"Sorry for the late introduction. I was just feeling a little tired... And it's cool that you can manipulate shadows. Never heard of that before."

Alevon sighs and reverses time once more, absorbing the capsule before anything happens...he passes out

Gabrielle, for once, closed her mouth and seemed to ponder. She aborted the scornful comment she was about to drop, and gazed upon Ariel with a smile. "Yeah, I know what you mean." She chuckled. "Shadows are quite devilish--"

At that point time was put forward again. "Sorry. As I was saying, you don't want to mess with shadows, 'cause it's like they have their own personality." She smiled.

Ariel smiled back at Gabrielle and laughed at her comment.

"I can only imagine what you could do with those shadows," she said softly. "I can make things explode or combust. It's how I helped defeat the mech that attacked."

'Come now, let me talk to her.'

'No way. We both know what will happen if you come out.'

Alevon mumbles
"...what, no 'I'm sorry Alevon, you were right, that thing was dangerous'...no 'thanks for risking your life twice to do something for me, Alevon'...forget you all. I'm through with the teamwork BS."

Gabriuelle turned to Alevon acidly, a completely different person seeming to overcome her speech. "Stop asking for pity and praise, damn it! I'm through with working with you too if you don't straighten up and stop whining!"

"...no. You people are always complaining on how I act, or what I try to do for you, so forget it. You just lost a team player."
Alevon rolls off of Josh and stumbles a bit, righting himself, he walks about ten feet to the right of everyone, still absorbing the ground for strength, completely quiet

Gabrielle furrowed her brows, as if concentrating. Four panthers emerged at random in the area. "Remember when you asked me to stay for TK's sake, you damned hypocrite?"

"...and what are you saying?"
Alevon stares forward

"...Stay for TK's sake? Stay for the sake of the group? For your own sake?" Gabrielle scoffed and sighed loudly. "Go on if you want to, but all you're going to be remembered as is a damn coward who was too foolish to realize his own insignificance, and the ability to change that."

Gabrielle paused. She didn't have a very diplomatic tongue, she reckoned. "...Is that you think you are, Alevon?"

Alevon stops, drawing his larger caliber pistol
"...you'll not call me a coward."
He faces her

"...I, am a person of solitude, I HATE people, and I always have. I was forced into this situation, it was not my choice to have these powers, or to be with you people. I do what I can for the group because I know it's important, I got over my own selfish ways in order to help, and it seems I am only being hated and called out for my flaws."

Alevon's grip tightens on the gun
"...hold your tongue, witch."

Gabrielle eyed the gun with a hint of interest at best. "If you're considering shooting me or yourself, then that's best done intimately, Alevon." Gabrielle considered going on; she considered that was a viable option if her bluff was not effective and he did actually shoot her here and now. "It was not your choice, and it wasn't mine either. It seems you fail to realize you're also the only person who thinks they can do more than they're capable of doing."

Alevon ignores Anthony, keeping his grip just as tight on the gun
"...I do what I can, for the good of the group. I've received nothing but a bunch of ingrate's negativity, and I've had enough."
Alevon holsters the gun and continues walking
