I can't recall the beginning, but essentially, I was in some department store or something, in some back area, talking to some guy that was in charge of some illegal activity or something...
I had a lighter, and for some reason, I had mixed fuels because I was running low and wanted to add some.
I lit it, and the flame was slow to grow to it's normal size. Thing was, that the flame was odd looking, kind of a grainy-looking really dark green color.
I don't remember exactly what happened, but basically, I kept accidentally lighting stuff on fire, and the fire was IMPOSSIBLE to put out. I would cover it with my hands, giving it NO air whatsoever, and if I lifted my hands, the flame was still there.
After all that, the lighter's metal caught on fire and it started falling apart and stuff.
