"Maybe I should just let you die. Then again, I have no clue how many of them follow you. Back there was our best chance to kill him. He was distracted, and having fun with you, but the only thing that kept us alive was some illusions and running. His power is static, while ours grows. Who knows, there could be hundreds of those things out there. We can't turn a poorly built inn into a fortress and try to withstand something we can't kill." Nosro explained in the simplest way he could.

"If it bleeds you can kill it, if doesn't bleed make it then kill it. Is this not why the old man brought us to the surface."

"The old man brought us to the surface to rebuild the civilization. To recreate the temple, in a more glorious way. See these soulless? They are cheap labor. They are what we need for the future. They are what we need to harness the power of the Gods." Nosro said.
"I know for sure we were not sent up here to cleanse this world of any Pale Masters that approach us. The Holy One is smart, and knows we can't beat them now. You, apparently, not so much."

Do you really think that those demons will let you do that anyway."

"How long did they plan? Millions? Billions of years? There is no way we can kill the Pale Master yet. We need to train and move on. We've barely come here and we don't know what's beyond."

"Away. Far away. Away from this giant graveyard would probably be the best option." Nosro said, preparing to leave the house.

"We wont. We'll learn along the way. When we find how to kill this thing, and feel we learned enough, we can dig in and kill it when it comes." Nosro said.

And then we can enslave this world.

"Man that was a bluff if I ever heard it... Hell with how they're acting they'll kill me and their friend..."

Conani cleared her throat and spoke up loudly, without hesitation. "You'd better convert to our ways or your bluffing really will cost you your life." She directed an unnoticed glance over to Zentaku, and then back to the innkeeper. "My knowledge is rudimentary, but if every one of the people in this village cooperate then we might just be able to defeat this Pale Master."

Conani brooded. Yes, she would defeat him; and get revenge for his crimes. His bitter crimes.

She turned sharply to her companions. "Either we stay here and tough it or we move and get more enemies to follow us. It's an accumulating chain."

"These people won't fight." Nosro said, turning to Zentaku.
"Maybe we should restrain him until he gets a hold of himself. Is anybody mind domain? I'm sure you could get a sense of what's going on in his head."

"I'm against forcing people to do our bidding," Conani snapped, "Although for further information, I am from the Mind domain."

Conani returned to her quiet state, and leaned on a wall. There was nothing more for her to add, she thought, so instead she tried to voluntarily listen to what nature had in store for her.

"Are you sure this does not concern you, Conani Raedeva?"

Conani's pupils dilated, and she snapped to attention.

Who... who are you?

She received no reply.

The barkeep was surprised at the woman's answer, but then collected himself as he replied,"Fine, he can't leave this graveyard or this town... But please, if you could stop him that would be one less evil in this world."

The man bends down and picks up a basket of what looked like mushrooms as he replied,"This is all the food I have here, bland as they may be, it's what we have... We'll need some food in our system before we make any plans to destroy this son of a bitch..."

And he was thinking that exact thing.

Zentaku: emotionlessly speaking, "well let me see... one wants to just kill everyone... he says to kill the Zombie and then throw a party... and he said that we should protect everyone and all become friends... I say we go with the leave and train plan though he can come with us if he wants or we could kill him though."

thoughts: (you have now distinguished four different voices in his head have been talking) "(demented)finally my opinion gets voiced yes!...(excited) yeah this was a good deal that he agreed to voice our opinions for us come on people vote for the party do it...(childish) I don't like it what if it scares her the way we are talking and she doesn't want to be our friend anymore *tearing up*... (emotionless) well it had the majority vote so stop crying kid."

"Food..."

I didn't prepare food...

"How many men do you have who are capable of harvesting?" Nosro asked, using the fire to re-materialize another scroll.
"But first, you must convert."
