| Ariel sniffled quietly, curled up on the ground near the fire. She could feel the heat coming from it, but she still felt cold. Leana's presence always calmed her nerves, but her alternate was nowhere to be found. Without Leana, she found, her mind was somewhat empty, like a cave.
This did nothing to soothe her. She eventually fell into a deep sleep, exhausted from the day's adventures. Hopefully tomorrow would be better. | |
