The robotkind - Emergence.

Noticing the immediate threat of the rather bulky piece of machinery she locked her sights on him, squeezing the trigger several times in succession. Each time the armor of his supposed head easily shrugged off the three shots, disheartening her. He would have to be someone the friendly robot would have to take down. Laura diverted her attention to the remaining guards and began firing at them, aiming and firing at their robotic skulls with surprising ease. Most of her shots would find their mark, despite the heavy recoil that made her arm shudder. She never knew she was this good with weapons.

Optus teared a piece of his suit, put fire on it, removed the fuel tank of the fusion cutter and inserted the firing piece of clothe on its overture. He then throwed the thing at the remaining guards
Optus: "KABOOM!"
The canister exploded fiercly, knocking out 2 of the guards and putting on fire the other one.
The group killed them in no time with their weapon.

The Heavy begins firing at the Spec Ops, and the Spec Ops gets numerous bullet holes in his body, as he pulls back into cover and looks at Optus' wounds. "Are you alright? Well, what am I asking? You're still shooting, so whatever." The Spec Ops comes back out of cover, and fires one more shot at the Heavy's head, burning through to it's brain and killing it, and the minigun fire settles.

Optus started holding his huge burn, panting.
"Ok guys, let's take an escape pod." He started running toward the one on the left and says: "I drive!"

"We need to move quickly before the rest of the ULH guard gets here. I don't think those insurgents could've possibly held them off for long." He opens the door to the escape pod and rushes everyone in.

Laura quickly hopped out of the opening in the floor when it appeared all of the guards were down, making her way over to the two men near the pods. Following commands and common sense, she entered the one that apparently Optus was going to direct. As soon as she was inside, she felt like striking up a conversation for some reason. "So, is your name really Samuel?" She asked.

The Spec Ops primes the escape pod for launch, and then walks in, closing the hatch. "Let's go." He begins fiddling with some of the controls near the door, and the escape pod's jets begin to cut on.

Kelin begins to have a bit of sweat

"My god we are almost free...we will finally be able to see life outside the walls of the station.....and live a non controlled life hopefully."

Kelin then begins to listen to the jets start up.

"Yes. The entire point of that terrorist act was to get as many breeders out as possible." The Spec Ops looks outside the hatch as the rest of the ULH guard begins walking into the hangar, killing any breeders trying to get into the escape pods. Ours launches. "Well, now that the violence is over, I guess I should tell you my name. They don't give us real names in the military, just a greek letter and a number beside it. I am Rho-4050."

"Names Zaphod." He said, slouching in his seat, getting out his gun he got from a dead guard.

"Zaphod. Who are the rest of you?" Rho checks his Battlehammer for any damage from when the Heavy turned it's Crackler on him.

Optus sighs. "My name is Optus. Sorry Laura for that, I never thought we'd get there so I prefered not giving any personal information." He turns his head, looking at planet Earth trough the window, smirks and addresses himself to the robot: "Mind if I just call you Rho? I'm bad at remembering numbers."

"Yes. I was actually about to suggest that." Rho then looks around, "Who are the other two?"

"The girl's Laura, the guy's Kelin."

"I see. Well, there should be an AoF ship coming to retrieve us eventually." Rho says as he looks out the hatch.

Optus suddently lose control over the pod "What the hell's going on?"
He looks out and sees a ship using a tractor beam on their pod.
"Must be them. They better do quick, space must be well guarded too."

"They will." At that, a laser brushes across the ship and the tractor beam begins picking up it's pace at pulling us.

"Well....this cant be good"

Kelin then begins to put his hand under his chin in the thinking posture and begins to get lost in thought as he wonders what could be out in the stars that he sees, and what will happen if they are captured.

At that moment, a powerful blast hit the pod, propelling everyone inside on the wall. Optus loses conciousness as his head hits violently a steel bar.

"Oh, damn." For the people who are still concious, they can see a Katana battleship approaching the AoF Dagger Frigate.

A dozen of Locusts uncloaks around the Katana and starts attacking it on every side. The Dagger took the opportunity and immediately loaded the escape pod.

The Katana launches it's own fleet of Locust Mk. IIIs, but it is too late as the Dagger already warped out of Sol.

The escape pod opens, an Arab walks in. "Welcome aboard! is everyone alright?"

"Well, one of the breeders got wounded when that Katana opened fire on us, but we are okay." Rho walks out of the pod and escorts everyone else out too.

"Well, I am bleeding alot back of my head." Zaphod showing the Arab a bloody hand. "plus one of them needs medical attention just in case."
