Fragility of the Mind

Emir decided to not dance and find Raine. The only dancing he does these days are knife fights.
He found Raine and Dante, getting a chair and stomped it to the ground next to their table.

"Indeed, why did you join to fight Kid?" Emir said, getting a vodka bottle out of no where and 3 shot glasses.

"Uh-huh." Emir said, pouring the vodka into the glasses. "To be honest, it was quite annoying....Damn Alevon."

Raine laughed, reaching for a shot glass.

"Yeah, Alevon was an ass and that's all you need to know." She grinned.

"Why not, I paid 150 bucks for this why not share it?" Emir said, grinning as he gulped his shot and poured more into his glass.

Raine downed her shot in an instant, shouting, "Opa!" as a Greek woman would. She had hung out with a Greek girl a couple of years ago, partying with her had been a blast.

"Another, Mr Bartender," she laughed.

Emir scoffed, whistling for the waitress to get more booze and tipping her 20 bucks.

"Keep the change." he said, slapping her ass as he grinned. He knew that he'll be a total pervert when drinking booze, probably because the tons of excuses he can make when making drunk and....well He's just drunk, who can blame him?

"Anyways, what are we gonna do after?" He asked.

"I'd prefer to go get high but we're expected back at the base apparently." Raine rolled her eyes as she picked up her shot, she finished it off and squinted her eyes shut. In another couple of shots Raine would have to go get Ariel to make sure she didn't go and do anything stupid. Well, she might go and get Ariel. No one minds a bit of fun here and there.

Emir dranked up his umpteeth shot and said with much diffculty,

"Well I'm leaving, I'll be at the base while you living it up with your drugs but without anyone living it up for you....Also, mind making a portal for me? My car isn't here." He added, chuckling.

Raine giggled and opened one an inch to Emir's left.

"Go for it, babe." She waited for Emir to go through the portal before she shut it again. She wanted to go visit Ariel, she had seen her at the bar with Gabrielle and decided to drop in.

Emir quirked his brow as he tries to go through the portal.

"Bitch be crazy..." Emir mumbled, finally going through and dropped into the kitchen.

Ariel gave a side-glance at Gabrielle, listening to what she had to say. Then she stared straight ahead as she took a swig of her beer, emptying the bottle. She motioned for the bartender to grab her another one before turning to face her companion.

"Getting mixed up into drugs is dangerous business," Ariel said, "Though I'm sure you don't need me to tell you that." When her other beer arrived she took a small sip. "You said that you, 'Find out what you're afraid of and go do that...'" Ariel then stared straight at Gabrielle.

"What exactly are you afraid of?"

Emir looked around the kitchen, rubbing his head from the vodka.

"I'm gonna try to find TK.." Emir mumbled, going to the halls and yelling her name.

"You ok?" Emir asked, looking worried. "you seemed stressed."

"Almost everything," Gabrielle said, staring at the bottom of her bottle of beer. "I used to be xenophobic, so I went to America. I used to have social anxiety, so I tried hard to act self-confident. I was afraid of everything I didn't know well, so I wanted to try everything and see for myself, whether I should really judge it."

"Pfft, Don't." Emir said, smiling sadly. "I can't sympathize death, I worked for it and basically embraced it like a brother." Looking away from TK. "Just unleashed your anger on something like the ground. I know how hard to hold that anger in...so yea that's basically it." He ended abruptly, as if he's going into deep thought.

"I don't know." Emir said, scartching his head. "I was thinking of my sister still....even when I was clubbing."

"No no, it's fine....it ws just a thought after all." Emir chuckled, scartching his head. "Besides, what are we doing next after that attack?"
