9 slips the card out from the elastic in his pants and shows it to 5 for a moment before putting it back
"...and I know where the door is, I've been outside before."
9 whispers and motions 6 over

Eight blinked and looked over to Three. She left the door a little open, just like he had said, then looked around. She discovered Two's room was closed, so she went in there. She leaned over to his bed and shook his shoulder, wincing slightly. She thought it was displeasing to be woken up, and more displeasing to be the one doing the waking. But this was important.

"Two," she whispered. "Wake up, we're leaving. We're escaping." Thinking those words summed up what she had to say, she pursed her lips.

Eight appeared ill-humored as well. "Leave the door slightly open," she continued in a lower whisper. "I don't what's happening very much, either." She left the room and headed towards One's room. She slipped into the identically bland piece and put her hand on his shoulder.

"Hey, One, wake up," she said. "We're escaping." Her subdued tone betrayed feelings of excitement.

Three, seeing everyone awake walked up to 9.

"So is there a plan?" He asked, hoping for a map.

"Yes."
9 says, waiting for 6 to walk over

"But if I say it aloud, there's a possibility they will hear us and put up a counter measure."

9 brings his right arm up, and from the stone bracer extends a punching-dagger sized blade

"Well, hope it's good." He said, stomping open a treadmill and removing a 4 ft (supposing its standard) pipe. He didn't need it but hey, style points.

9 snaps his attention to 3
"...make as little sound as possible, please"

6 walked over to 9 as he quickly glanced at everyone in the room.

"Are we all ready?" he asked.

Five looked at the others and said. "If they start shooing at us, use me as a shield. I can't die no matter what they do to me so I can protect everyone that way." She knew they wouldn't like it but it was the most obvious use for her ability. Putting her on the front made sure that no one else got hit.

9 tenses up and says firmly
"No...we can't do that...I refuse to do that."

9's bracer forms into a shield about 1 foot in diameter

"Six, there is a door, there"
9 points to where the hidden door is supposed to be

"I need you to burn through the edges of it, burn away the hinges."

"Let me take point." Three said.

"I can block all their shots." He said, also knowing that he would probably want to be the first in anyway.

"Take point, then."
9 says, motioning 6 to shoot his lasers at the door and for 3 to move ahead, next to the door

His thoughts are a jumbled mess, all he wants to do is escape, and to kill any and all in his way.

Three put his back to the left of the door and nodded to 6, prepared to engage in combat when the door was opened, thinking the guards were already alerted.

Five stayed in the back since she seemed to be overruled in terms of using herself as a meat shield. She really didn't see what they were worried about. It wasn't like she would die or anything. Well okay, for five minutes she would be dead but then she would pop right back up!

(I'm just going to skip the going to bed and get right to the point)

1 noticed someone walk into his room, just as he started to fall asleep. Surprised, he pretended to sleep. Once he saw it was eight, he relaxed a bit.

"What really? Well...if we can, might as well. I was starting to get bored of this place," 1 says as he gets out of bed.

Eight nodded briskly. "Let's get outta here." She walked with One to the Rec room. Seeing the others, she asked, surprised, "Where's Ten and, you know, Seven?" She hadn't noticed their absence before.

"Presumably dead." Three said, waiting for Six to get ready.

"Dead. They were killed by the people here for acting strange....perhaps they remembered too much...."
9 didn't know if he was right about the first part, but he decided to say it anyway

"Coffee, clipboard, dirt"
9 says, in an attempt to jog memories of those around him

Three remembered designing some palace for a suited man. The memory flashed forward to when it was complete, on the top of a hill overlooking a city he remembered the name of. Tbilisi. He was admiring his work, sipping his coffee as a white red-crossed flag was raised on its courtyard mast. It was terrible coffee. He spit it out. He ignored the apparation, focusing on the door.

Eight blinked at the three comments. She'd had coffee before--she just thought it was completely normal. Like it wasn't even worth mentioning she had two arms. She'd seen scientists with boards they clipped sheets of paper on as well. But what was this dirt stuff? She pursed her lips and tried to say something from her side. "Pens, electronics."

"Cell phones."
9 says, the word electronics suddenly bringing more back

6 went over to the door and prepared himself to melt it. He hadn't used his powers since he was first told to use them, but he remembered exactly how to use his "heat vision." He looked to where 9 was pointing and nodded, facing the door. Then his eyes shot beams of heated energy at the door and watched as it started to melt. He stopped after a few moments, not knowing where he was going.

'I can't believe I can't see when I do this.'

His vision was blurry for a few moments, but then he went back to melting the door. When he was done he felt quite cold however, and leaned against the wall for a few moments, shaking his head.

"It's done guys," he said.

"House." Three said, remembering his hundred year old pen collection.

Three dashed out first, looking both ways, met with only an endless hallway.

"It's safe."

9 casually walks up to 6 and puts his hand on his shoulder
"Thank you."

9 then goes to the door, awaiting an "all-clear"
