9 wipes a bit of sweat from his forehead...he wasn't tired, but the situation was stressful...
He approaches the elevator slowly

9 stops a good distance away and thinks for a moment

Five gave it some thought and then said. "Hmm, an immortal little girl could probably soak up all of that electricity, die, and then wake up about five minutes later no problem. But..It's just a thought." She really wanted to be useful somehow and her undying body put her at a huge advantage. If only the other people didn't keep her from danger because she was a kid.

Eight looked over to Five wearily. "Are you OK with it?" she asked. Eight knew there was no point in restricting Five her abilities. Want it or not, she was just an experiment like all of them, and could not feel or die.

Then she looked over to Nine. "I think we should give her a chance. It's tough, but, come on. I trust her."

Five looked to Eight with a smile and then nodded. "Yeah I'm sure. It's not like I'd feel it or anything and if I die, I'll just come back good as new in five minutes just like last time. It might not be pretty to watch though so you might want to turn around."

"The current stopped some time ago, meaning all this stuff is residual charge. It won't last forever, and if this structure is made out of anything but gold, silver, or copper entirely, it should be gone in seconds." Three said.

((Mmmm...))

9 tenses up...he doesn't want 5 hurt, but they had a point...she wouldn't feel it and she would be fine in the end...however, 3 may also be correct...and he prefered 3's method...

He took in a deep breathe and let it out
"Five...thank you...but the electricity will dissipate eventually...I appreciate you wanting to help, however"
9 forces a smile

She looked at him and said. "But eventually might be too long! Who knows how long it will take for some kind of security to get here. Unlike me, you all will die forever if you're killed. Time is against us as long as we're sitting here waiting!"

9 lowers his head
"...I...suppose you're right...do as you think will help...just...be careful...if you can..."
9 chokes out

She gave a small nod and then turned for the charged floor. She got a running start and then jumped to the middle of the charged area.

[I'll let Dragon choose the result. If it's not too charged she'll start convulsing but not die but if it's too charged for her she'll die for five minutes.]

"Woah, they're not coming if the charge is still the-" Three said before she jumped in. He didn't bother turning away. He wanted to see what happened, and he needed to learn to deal with death if he was going to escape.

9 just watched 5 jump in...frozen...unable to look away....just like looking at a car accident...compelled to view

"Five!......."
9's heart beats hard and erratically and he tries to assure himself that she is alright

Three whacked his pipe around the elevator, getting no reaction.

"All clear." He said, walking over and looking at five.

9 runs to 5 and kneels next to her, lifting her back upward slightly, in a sitting-up position
"Five!"
9 is shaking slightly

...please be ok...please be ok....

"She'll be back in five." Three said.

"God the last part sounded ironic." He mumbled. "Nevermind, should we bring her to the elevator?" He asked, hoping to catch it before it left.

9 shoots 3 a look of piercing hatred...without a word, he picks her up and walks into the elevator (he's carrying her in the traditional 'laying in the arms' style)

(Oh damn. Replace cheesy with ironic. Wait for everyone else to post that they walked into the elevator or assume?)

Three walked into the elevator.
