Slithering Names

*V aimed at the nearest demon, steadied his arms, and fired a pure silver bullet at the creature.

The demons seemed to be able to be slowed and pushed back, but they were resistant enough for many attacks to have almost no effect.

A cry of pain resonated around the--it seemed--closed space, as three flying flying demons landed claws-first into the bodies of demon hunters. They seemed to be made of stone, their red eyes glowing brightly.

Aleksandar wondered if HH was trying to kill him. He didn't want to banish. That would be terrible for him. He hated calculus, and would not do another day... No. Not for this bunch. As a Golem demon flew towards him, he decided his weak power would let him get by. Standing next to HH, he paid no attention to his "employer's" laziness. He pulled out his religious staff and put his elaborate cane on his back. As soon as the Golem was ready to sweep at him, he twisted the top part. This would keep him from moving while he was controlled. His eyes turned red and he felt himself transfer into the demon. Immediately he attacked the nearest other demon with the golem's claws as his true body continued blankly staring with glowing red eyes at its new soul-dock.

*V shoved his gun back into the holster, now out of bullets. In one swift motion, he pulled out a long, dual handled sword with glowing red marks on it. He sliced at the nearest demon, trying to free himself.

H.H. finally started moving towards Becka. He pulled his left hand out of his pocket, taking out a long silver chain along with it. He took his other hand out, and with a very nonchalant motion, gave her a push in the back.

He whipped the chain around. It was about six meters long, quite surprising for it to be able to fit in his pockets. As the flying chain wrapped around one of the flyers, he pulled it towards him and kicked its stone head clean off its shoulders, in one great fluid motion.

Aleksandar flew towards the other golem, wondering how the hell this stone thing flew. He figured he needed to kill it before it knew he was possessing its comrade. Whacking it backwards with a kick, he proceeded to slap it around and then tackle it and fly forward, carrying the other golem until they both impacted a wall. He didn't make sure it was dead, which might have been a mistake. Instead, he just flew out of the rubble, landing beside the group, his true body still staring at him.

*V's Sword chops off the nearest demon's head. The blade seams to slice easily through the stone.

Aleksandar would be surprised by the stony creature rising out of its stony, smoking hole and jumping on the posessed golem. The other demons also seemed to take that as some kind of signal, because most of them stopped doing what they were doing and went for the traitor gargoyle.

However, most did not mean all. A few of them seemed to go for it, but at the last second, they did sharp detours. One lunged towards Becka, while two others slashed their claws at V.

*V Swung his sword around trying to behead them both in one swing.
Seeing that he only killed one, stunning the other, he grabbed his hand gun pushed a round in, and shot a bullet towards the gargoyle's head.

Aleksandar's Gargoyle immediately headed up, flying vertical as the others chased it. Doing a barrel roll, he kicked both of his pursuers, but not lightly enough to decapitate them. Diving down, he instead caught both of them with his arms and, continuing to accelerate, aimed his body towards the tallest building below him. Seconds before impact, he felt himself transfer back into his body as his eyes turned back to their normal color and the gargoyle's impacted the building.

Meh, could've been prettier He thought, watching the building collapse in from their destabilization of its structure.

Finally, the demons' numbers were thinning. Those with cut-off heads seemed to have been frozen in stone to the ground like statues, whereas most just retreated from the scene. Brian Johansson put his hands in his pockets and whistled, which seemed to make them retreat even faster.
