| That raises an interesting question. Are the events in your field accelerated or are the events outside slowed?
I assume you accelerate time inside of your "temporal field" for the two people allowed. (the one chosen and yourself) Otherwise, the range would need to extend indefinitly for it to stop everything around you or those unaffected, can (depending on temporal flux, activity, etc.) see or be scarcely aware that those affected are in fact, being/ have been affected by time control. Maybe a slight unplaceable buzzing noise, or shift in the wind. This reminds me of an episode of Star Trek I've seen, but I'm rambling so as Udo would say.
"Fascinating."
{Edit} ...and Yes, he's asleep. I was asking more or less about the boundaries in place by Alevon's power, should I decide to wake him up. ^^

| oh, no no....
Time is just stopped...those within the bubble -when time is stopped- are able to be unaffected by Alevon's choosing.
Everything is frozen in time, it's just that he can pick what is or isn't stopped inside the 30ft bubble

And TS, I thought whenever you did that, time around outside Alevon's bubble was slow and not frozen in a halt, ah well.

| I accept that he has full functionality over the flow of time, which is why I asked. When you say that you stopped time for Alevon and TK... Based on what you just said, would that not mean, that to passers by, you both would appear to be frozen? [Sorry for the very convoluded phrasing.] | |

| It'd be the opposite affect. The passers would be frozen. Once time is returned, they would only be like "Oh wow, they were just by the door a second ago." | |

| *sigh lets start over, lol. Outside of 30ft, what (if anything) does a spectator see at, (lets say, standing 45ft away, looking directly at your character before you activate your ability to slow/stop time.)?

| dude...you're not listening to me...
Time is stopped, period. Nothing is moving, at all.
Alevon can determine what is or is not effected, but only within a 30ft range.

| Ok here's how it is. Alevon stops time, everyone is frozen all over the world (state if you will)
In a 30ft range, he can choose who all can move or not move during this frozen period.

| I'm wondering exactly how unstable and unreliable time is. Assuming there are several time manipulators, one could always bring back time at an innapropriate moment. Of course, since the default is that nobody undesignated remembers the change, time would appear unaffected for the player characters and therefore make no change to the roleplay timeline.
Man quantum mechanics are confusing.
