TK had finished her song and smiled, "Thank you, I'll get another serving once I know he'll be alright...I don't want to wake him though...I feel guilty enough that my nerves won't rest until I know his body won't turn to stone on me..."

"Mmm.." Nicole nodded, looking at him. "I think you're need to talk to Emir about this about this stone thing, after all he did escape that..place.." Putting a lot of emphasis on the word "place". "He might know how to stop it."

Videor joined TK, wrapping his arm around her as he looked first at Udo, then at TK,"He'll heal Tsinanae... And I'm sure he'll heal all the better with you by his side supporting him." Videor held her tighter as he warmed her body, rubbing her arms beneath the blanket to warm her as he replied,"Would you like anything Tsinanae? Or maybe you'd like me to bring something for Udo?"

Videor nodded at Alevon as he sat down and thought for a moment before motioning to the barkeep, saying,"Can you make a Fire Breathing Dragon? Thanks." The barkeep would be seen getting an ounce of Absinthe, as well as an ounce of Aftershock, mixing them both as he dropped the shot next to Videor. Videor nodded, and smiled to the man, lifting his shot to him as he thanked him.

TK bit her bottom lip, "Nicole...I know...I know I could talk to Emir but I don't want to trouble him. Talking about that place always makes him depressed...." TK stretched her arm out to Udo's bed and rested her hand on his petrified leg, her face wrinkled in pain but she sighed and shook her head. "Its terrible...I could destroy his delicate leg even as it is now...I could break his brittle body....but I want to save him...he's our friend and I want to not think of his leg as a chew toy." TK bit her bottom lip and sighed. "Ugh...be right back Videor..."

TK teleported to the forest for an instant to pick up her chain and teleported back to Udo's room, rested her hand on his leg again and started biting on her osmium nail like a chew toy as she got comfortable in Videor's lap. "I don't want anything yet Videor...and Udo might want something but I don't know what to give him in the meantime...I already did that to him from trying to help..."

"First off I guess I'd like to ask why you got the same drink I did. Do you drink often?" Videor chuckled a little at that as he lifted his shot to his mouth, drinking it all as he plopped it down on the table,"After all, I don't see much people that drink as I do."

(Juuust so you know, that specific drink tastes like really strong cinnamon and black licorice put together... Then add alcohol.)

Videor nods to TK, lightly rubbing her side as he replied,"I understand..."

"I honestly don't know much about the world of alcohol, thus I ordered what you did."
He says, downing it in one chug, not effected by any sort of taste (absorbed into his throat)

"I detect cinnamon and licorice."
He says, over-turning the glass onto the counter

He motions for another

"I don't drink for one thing, but I think I may start drinking...seems like something I should start doing"
He examines the glass sitting on the counter

TK smiled as she continued biting on her blade before pausing. "Videor...I wonder...how does human petrified leg feels against people's teeth?"

Though TK asked that, she watched the breathing of Udo. She watched his chest rise and fall to the entrance and departure of his air leaving him. TK removed the blade from her mouth, closed her eyes and bit her bottom lip.

So fragile...yet so tenacious...

She removed her hand from his leg and opened her eyes once more, staring at Udo's face as if she were in a trance.

Videor chuckles a bit as he replied,"Probably like biting a rock..." As he continues to stroke TK, watching Udo and TK as well.

Videor looks over to Alevon as he chuckled, saying,"I don't drink often, but I prefer spicy drinks. Maybe for the next few drinks you wont cheat." He winked at that as he chuckled again, another round of shots being put down as Videor quickly drank his again, shaking his head slightly as he smiled.

TK yawned and rubbed her eyes. She then put her chain on Udo's leg and teleported to her home to change again. "I don't have time to roam around the base looking for an outfit.." she murmured to herself as she threw on a pair of violet sweat pants and a matching jacket, zipping it up halfway, revealing navy navy bra slightly.

TK put back on the covers and teleported back to Udo's room. "Videor, you should be resting too, not good for you to be sitting on the ground keeping me warm...I'll come check on you when Udo is awake, whatever you desire." She said as she looked down at the Udo and plopped back on the ground, placing her right ear against his chest, listening to his heartbeat. "His heart is still beating strong...that's good..." she yawned.

We have to get to France as soon as possible.

Gabrielle shook her head, silently disapproving of TK's actions. She turned around and climbed up to the bunk bed she had appropriated to herself in the beginning. Honestly she wasn't feeling like weiring the skirt and the pumps any longer, and decided it was about time she teleported back to her Kansas apartment to change.

Earlier than day she would've thought it was crazy to do it, but the same day she realized she had been underestimating her capabilities far too much for the past ten years. She grinned and disappeared from the space.

Back in her blatantly empty tenement, Gabrielle went for the drawers in her room while taking off her clothes. She stuffed make-up, her cell-phone, tissues, a walkman and other things in a black satchel that she chuckled at. It was vintage and yet hadn't recieved a scratch.

She fitted herself in some skinny jeans still smelling like the mass-market and a baggy black t-shirt. After that she finally put on her trench coat and matching boots.

After that she smiled michievously and teleported back on the bed.

Udo was feeling better, or at least the nature of his dreams made him feel that way. He now slept peacefully as a tender voice's melody penetrated his subconscious. He knew the song from his home, as American music usually made a late but eventual appearance on German store shelves but he could make no physical reaction or mental note of it; he knew it was different from it's source, more personal as the soft tones found their way to his ears.

The singing stopped but it left a mark on his subconscious as the conversation following the song fell to the way side.

"Macht euch keine Sorgen. Es kommt zu den besten von uns.¹"
Udo kept his eyes glued to the water-stained and beaten up table below him before taking another swig of his hefeweizen. The bar was noisy but Udo could still hear the faint sounds of an American rock-ballad humming through the establishment's sound systems. Smoke filled the air putting everything is a barely lit haze.
"Ja? Nun, es war nicht sie, warf die Saison über nichts.²" He replied with out eye-contact. He stood up from his seat. He pulled the bill on his racing cap down low. "Auf weidersehen, Ralf.³"

Udo exited the bar with a long sigh, but as he looked up, his depression turned to confusion. Walking in front of him was the same strange black-haired man that he found upon his waking. As if watching a reel, the strange encounter between Udo and this man replayed precisely as it happened as the world around him seemed to instantly shift to a crumbled and burning city, aside from the dank German pub nestled untouched among the city in which it didn't belong.

Everything, to creating his armor for the first time and attacking the man, happened precisely as it did before; only this time, he stood on the field of battle alone, unassisted from that point. Udo's attacks became more drastic and powerful, far beyond his current capabilities as he continued his assault. His armor had become elaborate and strong. Weapons and projectiles were formed and used with ease and the man who had seemed so unaffected by his attacks, put more effort into distancing himself from his knew found annoyance. The battle seemed won until like the release of a dam, his sand armor fell away and spread out in all directions.

He felt a spark of pain in his head as he looked down at his leg. As if by some time-lapse, Udo watched the stone spread rapidly up his leg. He tried to move but his leg was fixed to the ground. As he struggled to spread continued. As his entire body froze solid he looked up to the sky just as his vision was shut out to darkness. It was silient and calm in the void as Udo mentally clawed at the nothing. There were cracks in the darkness, that spread and finally split, crashing the dark in a flood of white light.

Udo's dreamworld cracked and crashed in a flash of light as TK checked his pulse through his chest. Udo's eyes open to TK's worried expression.
"Can't I wake up to a smile every once in awhile." Udo joked as he smiled, finally feeling like he'd gotten something out of his sleep.

TK smiled back at him, "You should eat! Food is good and I'm a good cook." TK blinked twice and rubbed her eyes. "I think I'll have another bowl of soup and three of my dishes. I don't want to look greedy but I am hungry."

TK stared into Udo's eyes as her cheeks flushed, "I'll tell you some of my weaknesses." TK stood to her feet and stretched, making sure to keep the covers on her. "I will never kill a child, not ever. I'm claustrophobic, I can't handle cold too well, and uh...that's about it. Sneezing used to be an issue for me 10 years ago, that comes back to the story of my black blood and me and my rod. Would you like to hear about the rod?" TK grinned wider but looked away in embarrassment. "Eh I should let you collect yourself and eat, after that I'll have a meeting about what I found out in Colorado and we'd head out to France."

TK pointed to the soup Nicole had served for him, "You need anyone to feed you or are you capable of feeding yourself?"

TK then nodded to the main room, "My food is out there, thats what I'm gonna eat when I get another serving of soup."

Udo laughed before sitting up and picking up the bowl.
"I think I can handle it." He smiled warmly before looking at the soup as a distraction. He laughed mentally, as waking up to TK's face, seemed to be becoming a welcomed habit. He listened to TK as he continued looking at the soup; he had nothing against what looked like a great dish, but he wasn't very hungry; he rarely was.

Udo glanced up with a smirk as TK stopped herself from rambling.
"I'd love to hear about it, but" He glanced towards the door. "If you'd rather get to buisiness, I'll go with you."

TK bit her bottom lip, "I only get to business when everyone is ok with it. All I do is suggest." TK dropped her covers on the ground and zipped her jacket up a little more. She then pulled her chain off of Udo's leg, "Hmm...." she stared at his leg, deep in thought.

Udo followed TK's gaze to his leg with an arched eyebrow. He pulled his pant leg up to see his leg's condition, as if she were aware of something he wasn't; the leg looked normal, perhaps the skin above the kneecap looked more colorless and leather-like than before, but it felt no different.

He looked back at TK after replacing the pant leg. "Seems alright. TK?"
Udo looked at his leg again and then back to her.

TK glanced at Udo, "S-sorry, I have a biting habit...I was thinking of biting on your leg, my apologizes..." TK placed the osmium nail in her mouth and began biting on it. The feeling was as soothing as ever. Though she looked away slightly, ashamed of not being able to deal with her urge too well.

Gabrielle's sensitive ears--she couldn't help it, she had passively began to have better hearing from being around Emir so much--picked up on another voice in Udo's dorm room. She smiled to herself and headed towards there, assuming he had woken up.

In her new change of clothes, Gabrielle opened the door. "Hello, how are you feeling?"

Udo laughed.
"Well, I'd offer it too you, but I'm not sure I could make a new one that looks as good as the original." He smiled, but hoped she wouldn't get the urge to take a bite. He still wasn't sure if the bone beneath had petrified yet and breaking his knee had been excruciating.

Udo looked to the door as Gabrielle spoke. He took almost immediate notice of the change in attire.
"Much better now, actually. Thank you." He grinned, finally realizing he was lucky to not have another episode like the last time he fell asleep. "Please, come in."

Udo set the bowl of soup down, having grown tired of holding it.
"Oh?" he said with a grin in reply to Gabrielle, as if urging her to elaborate further.
He did so more out of amusement and an attempt to belittle his own foolishness; she was surely referring to his and TK's reckless dismissal to self-peservation, and she may have been just as irritated with having to rush to the rescue.
That's right! TK said she killed Grim.

TK pulled at her clothes, "I changed into something warm while Udo slept, Gabrielle, I'm fine now." TK pouted. She was only concerned with trying to make the situation lighter then it actually was. "I'm alive, and I needed Udo out of my way because he does reckless things for a new member of the group, thats a no-no. I went and killed Grim in his stead. He was on his way here anyway...I only chased him a little before teleporting him to Alaska..." TK was still cold but not as cold as she had been earlier.

TK then glanced over at Udo, replying, "Don't worry, I don't eat people unlike someone I know. I'd never do such a thing to you Udo...I'd never forgive myself. I'm already stressing about the forest incident..." TK took the nail from her mouth and held it firmly in her hand, letting out a deep sigh.

Thats right...I have no idea where you are, Maya....

Videor nodded and chuckled a little, saying,"Taking risks huh? Then how about you and I take a 'Fire in the Hole'?" He started to chuckle a bit, more of the fact that he wouldn't know what it was. But the name gave the general idea.

Videor just smiled at TK as he said,"I don't need to rest, thank you... After all, I'd only just woke up a few minutes ago. I'll be beside you watching Udo and keeping you warm. That is unless you don't want me to, then I'll just leave you to your business until you're ready to go to France."

Gabrielle put her head in her hands. "It would've been much more effective to just work together, you assholes." While she did dissaprove of punctuating her sentences with curses the opportunity was just too good to pass on. "It was a smart move to teleport Grim to Alaska, though. He froze over like, like..."

The umbrakinetic rubbed her temples more, her head beginning to throb from still holding the bear present in Alaska. Gabrielle wanted to absolutely make sure he was dead. No compromises. "Like some kind of vase before falling down a set of stairs."
