| The Adamantine claws and bites at the creature until it draws a small amount of blood....then it was over...it had tasted blood, and it wanted more...it begins ferociously biting at the same spot over and over, holding it's breath as it chewed away through the creature | |

| Varek flew down and landed besides Saren.
"What are we doing? Get out of here we can't fight it." Varek said, noticing they were only babies.
But by that time the other 2 had already dived in, so Varek decided it was best to use his brain, firing a line of magnetic energy at the shadow of the lake beast, which would coincidentally revitalize traces of electricity.

| Saren's eyes widened as the creature moved to attack her, only to be stopped by the Adamantine. She gasped, before bracing herself, watching as the Colbalt dragon did something to revitalise the electricity. She couldn't do much, tired as she was. | |

| The creature ignored the bites as it started to coil more and more; tightening on the dragon, even with the shocks of electricity renewed in it.
On the bank though the dragons up there could see the Cloaked man standing there, seemingly out of nowhere,"So, what was the roar?"

| Only then did Varek realize a solution. He felt immune to electricity, but didn't know why. He turned to Saren.
He knew she was tired, and sort of felt bad, but asked anyway.
"Saren, I know you're probably exhausted but if you have more juice, zap me."

| The Adamantine continues biting into it as much as possible, in effort to chew through the creature. It begins to feel light headed however, as it's grip tightens around the Adamantine, but the Adamantine persists | |

| Saren nodded to the water. "It... I don't know what it was, but it got Tiny... And I think it's trying to strangle him..." she said, worried. With a low growl, she moved forward, before looking back at Verek. "I van try... But I don't know how much juice I can give you..." She said softly, though she braced herself, sucking in air before letting sparks fly. There wasn't a lot of voltage to it however, and Saren sank down panting. | |

| The creature continued to ignore the dragon, as it had a lot of tough skin to bite through. It now completely grabbed the dragon, but not before it unraveled and shook violently for a few moments before it stopped moving, dead. The cloaked man was at the waters edge, his right hand dipped into the water, but the hand was hidden by the cloak still.
"Sorry for that. He was an old experiment of mine that I thought I killed. I think he's dead now though. You can eat him if you'd like." The Cloaked man then started to walk back towards the mountain.

| The Adamantine tries to wiggle free, and suddenly begins frantically trying to get loose. The creature may have been dead, but he was still trapped...and was beginning to run out of air | |

| Varek looked at Saren directly, wondering if this would work. In seconds, he felt energy streak all over him, but no pain.
"Thanks." He said before turning and flying upwards. He was directly above the beast when he dropped. There was only one shot at this. He dug his claws into the beast's neck, and feel the electricity transfer into the beast almost as quickly as it hit him.
Then he realized the beast was already dead. In the adrenaline rush, he didn't hear the cloaked man, but nonetheless dragged the beast ashore so they could have a meal.

| The Adamantine dragon slowly crawls out of the water, wounded and frustrated. Ignoring the others, it slowly wanders into the forest | |

| Saren laid where she was, her eyes closed as she breathed deeply, trying to relax and catch her breath. Her throat ached a little, and she wanted some water, but she couldn't bring herself to stand and get some just yet. So she stayed where she was, breathing deeply. | |

| The Adamantine dragon stops and turns back to the others, seeing them all laying about after the battle. He slowly makes his way back to them, and as a gesture of sorts, lays next to the bronze dragon | |

| Saren smiled lightly, opening one eye to look in his direction as she listened to Verek attempt to drag the large creature on shore to eat. Once the thing was out of the water, she'd go get a drink, and hopefully soothe her poor throat. | |

| The Adamantine watches the bronze dragon, and thinks back to when she growled at him. He looks forward for a few minutes, and then back at her "...I'm sorry...if I scared you earlier..." He says in a low voice, only loud enough for her to hear | |

| Varek barely got part of the head out before the thing was dragging in the sand. He immediately recognized Saren needed water, or something near it. He felt odd doing this, but after everything, it was the least he could do. Taking out his old rabbit skin, now a dried hide, he filled it to the top before handing it to Saren.
"Until you can get up again."
Now came the question of storing the lake dragon.

| Saren shook her head, lifting it slightly. "It's fine... I'm sorry for misjudging you... You can have the fish I caught... Or you can wait on Verek... He's trying to pull that thing out, should make a good meal after all..." She hadn't forgotten the original purpose for having come here being to get the large dragon some food. She nodded gratefully to Verek, sipping the water and sighing in relief. The water did soothe her throat, making it easier for her to talk. | |

| "Saren... I want to be called Saren.. and you...?" She asked, looking up at him, smiling softly. She was curious to see what name he had chosen, as s name usually showed one's personality. | |

| The Chromium dragon still laying in the cavern pondering his name "Egrin,Legis,Rethin." he thought to himself while trying to engrave the cavern floor with his name choices finally crossing out two of the names leaving Legis clear. "This will be my name." he tried saying aloud but not producing any words he was shocked at his inability to speak clenching his throat trying to produce any understandable word or syllable Only producing screeches and hisses. Failing to do so he decided to give up on it.
Upon leaving the cave he decided to test his wings to see wether or not they would fail him like his vocal cords have. He leaped off the lip of the cave spreading his wings letting the slight wind catch him as he glideddown to the clearing towards the others. Only to lose control which he flapped his wings to try and correct colliding with a small tree 8ft off the ground making him fall with a thud.
He shook his head getting his bearing back and on what had happened. After a moment Legis walked toward the others wondering what had transpired in the last moments of the echoing roar. He was in the middle of the group before he tried speaking letting out a slight hiss only to remember he couldnt do to his faulty vocals. He seemed embarassed at his slight hiss being let out has he layed down.

| Saren looked towards the Chromium dragon curiously as he hissed, drinking more of the water from the sack before attempting to shakily stand. Her legs felt shaky beneath her body, and soon she sank back down with a sigh. She would stay put for a little while longer. | |

| "Saren..." He said to himself
"...Saren is nice"
He then goes silent when she inquired about a name "...a name..." He says to himself
After a few moments, he comes up with something "...I think Validus...or something like that..." He says, unsure

| "Validus...? Validus is a fine name." Saren said with a smile, looking up at the much bigger dragon. She then glanced towards the large sea dragon, frowning lightly. Something didn't set right with her about it, but she couldn't quite figure it out. | |

| The Cloaked man was back at the cave, his back to the cave wall once more as he sat down. He was always deep in thought whenever he wasn't caring for the dragons.
"Hm... I was sure that serpent died 80 years ago... No matter, I'm sure that he's dead now, and will likely last the young ones a few days. Less work for me. This group looks promising though. But, it's only the first day, I must remember that batch 134 died on day 2... They all seem to be adapting a lot better than batch 47 did though. Those all attacked me. It's a good thing the lake is as large as it is though, otherwise I'd have rotting dragons around here. After experiences with batch 23, I've learned they don't tend to like rotting dragon babies around them. So, tomorrow it is." The Cloaked man thought as he leaned back; relaxing once more.

| Smarag made the long swim back to the banks of the lake, but had managed to land on the opposite bank. His mouth felt numb, still tingling from the residual static of the suprise attack that killed the leviathan.
Otherwise unscathed, Smarag moved to a sun-dried spot on the grass and flopped down. He closed his eyes, feeling the warmth from the sun through his scales as he dried, rested, and otherwise waited for everyone else to have their fill of the serpant.
