Basically, when she finally goes in to talk to the PRT, not only do they try to hard-sell her (aka, bully the bullied girl into joining them) but they break their own word by saying that they won't be digging into her identity, and not five minutes later dropping her name to try and push her into the Wards. and nobody brought it up, either in-story or in the comments

EDIT: ...don't honestly know what to say about this one. Some of the later chapters, especially in terms of interpersonal interaction, just feel...off to me.

basically, taylor is a trump that can change how powers work, and treats it like an actual game admin. made even better because the story is told almost entirely in PHO entries. I thought that would be a turn-off, but the story is too good to pass up. EPIC CRACK!

let me put it this way: chapter 1, Shadow Stalker's breaker state color was changed to pink. Chapter 2: due to positive reception (possible Admin bias...), Shadow stalker's particles also started reflecting light, so she fucking sparkled

a short by JinglyJangles (author of a couple of my favorites) where Taylor gets a massively powerful Mover power, ended up as a paraplegic because of somebody (sophia hess cough) and got a view of what hero life would be like when Panacea came by and healed her like it was a chore

so she decided, 'Fuck. That.'

and basically just started traveling the world on a whim. Kind of like Jack Sparrow in some ways, honestly

Oh, and she broke Paige McAbee out of the Birdcage (not from transport- the actual Birdcage) because she wanted a friend

Only the fact that she is now basically Doctor Octavius from Spider-Man allows her to move, as she builds herself exoskeletons and robotic tentacles. Not sure I like the way she predictably hopped over to the Undersiders, but it is still kind of funny
