| Gabrielle was unsure whether to give tongue or not, so she kept her lips closed. She knew her spontaneous partner was rather tense compared to her, so she closed her eyes and tilted her head, before finally pulling her head back after a few seconds.
For once in her life she didn't know whatever else to say other than the very deadpan, "that was nice." | |

| Before Ariel knew it the kiss was over, though for those brief moments she felt lighter than air as she shared that with Gabrielle. She opened her eyes and looked into her friend's (or rather crush's) eyes, her cheeks a light pink colour. She smiled slightly.
