| The Bronze tilted her head slightly, before shrugging, picking up her fish and moving away to finish it herself. She curled up on the ground against one of the cave walls, watching as the Cobalt dragon landed quite well and walked inside. She wondered then, how many other dragons had hatched. Right now, she knew of four of them, including herself, and she was curious to see how many more would come back to the cave of the hooded man. | |

| The Adamantine dragon heard the call and turned it's head towards the cave it had come from. At this point, it had slinked all the way down the mountain on the path, and was about to go into the forest, but stopped.
It sees the other dragon flying back to the cave.
It pauses for a moment and turns slightly to look at it's own wings. It looks back to the other dragon, then back at it's wings. The Adamantine dragon then takes off in a dead run into the forest.
Seconds later, it comes sprinting back the opposite direction, towards the mountain. It spreads it's wings, and begins sprinting up the side of the mountain, and when it felt that it was losing momentum, it turned and started running sideways. A couple moments later, it jumps off the mountain side and extends it's wings fully, using it's speed to allow it to glide off the side.
It glides alright at first, but begins to fall slowly. Not wanting this, it flaps it's wings a few times, getting virtually no desired outcome. It struggles for a little while before finally being able to fly "good enough" to reach the cave.
It lands just outside of the cave with an audible "thud", and slinks back in......though it was virtually impossible to sneak back in, being that the dragon was about 30 feet long, and several tons.

| The purple dragon, having already been in the air, found no real difficulty in changing her direction towards the cave. She learned how to fly fast. She glided in high speed towards the cave and slowed down, putting up her wings in resistance, only when she was past the edge of the cliff.
She somehow managed to land on her legs without tumbling down, and grimaced quite visibly. Her stop had been too abrupt, and she felt as if there were scrapes on her clawed feet already. To that, she let out her first cry in displeasure.

| The bronze dragon looked over at the audible thud, her eyes widening at the sight of such a large dragon. She quickly finished off her fish, before moving a bit closer to the room, giving him plenty of room to work with as she watched him warily. She wasn't sure if her were older than her by much or not, or if he'd just come out of the egg like that. Such thoughts frightened her. That big out of the egg...? That was an utterly insane notion to her, and so she curled up against the wall, waiting for the others.
And not long after, another came, this dragon purple and female like herself. She hadn't tumbled over like her and the other dragons she had seen land, but she could tell that she had stopped to quickly. Having watched her, the Bronze had a better idea of how to land now. She now had two things to practice later that night whilst everyone was asleep.

| The Adamantine dragon walks into the cave, with a very cautious and tense look on it's face as it does so, watching all the other dragons, and most notably, the man.
It goes to the far wall and lays down, staying alert.

| Back inside so soon, the Emerald thought to himself. He gave a disapproving cough before rising slowly and moving away from the waters edge. He kicked up a cloud of dust as he took to the air again, and glided back to the cave in no particular hurry.
Using the elevation of the cave entrance to his advantage, he came to a sliding stop near the mouth, before padding inside slowly.

| The Chromium dragon heard the man's call deciding if he should head back or stay near the fresh water source.
After a few moments he slowly walked toward the cavern climbing up the mountain to rejoin the others that were already there. When he arrived at the cavern he walked inside and layed don near the wall.

| The Bronze perked up a little as she saw her friend enter the cave and smiled, though she stayed where she was against the wall, enjoying the cool feel of the stone against her scales. It wasn't something she'd want to sleep against, but if it were rotated between this and sunning herself, she would be a rather happy dragonling. By this time her fish was gone, and she was satisfied, a decent meal in her stomach for the first time in her life. As such, she was purring softly as any of the others drew closer or entered the cave. Life was good for the young one. | |

| The Cloaked man looked over the dragons, nodding slightly as he replied to them,"I apologize for calling you back so soon when you've only just breathed in life, but there are some matters we need to do before you can all do what you like. First off, you all need a name for yourselves. I don't care what you want to be named, I just don't want to refer you by color or number. After all I have to give you guys some sense of being an individual. Next is a list of my preferences. I wont call them rules because I can't really control you. As you all know there is the forest below, and a lake as well. Around that is a smaller mountain range. You can all easily pass it if you want, but for now I'd prefer it if you didn't. The same goes for visiting the town, but once again, just a preference."
The Cloaked man paused at this, stretching one arm over another as there was a sickening pop, followed by a sigh. Then he continued,"Anyway, the last thing would be for you all to make beds for yourselves. I know some of you might not mind rock, but I also know most of you don't. You all need to rest happily after all for you to grow properly. I can help a little with nests, but otherwise I wont do anything. Also, the nest can be anywhere you'd like."
Dragon Notes for Nest Preference*
- Spoiler:
Adamantine - Any. Amethyst - Cave Blue - Warm Sand Bronze - Near water, or a hidden underwater cave. Chromium - Cold or Icy cave. Cobalt - In an area with dense trees. Emerald - Plains, or a cave. Gray - A city. Iron - Deep cave in a hill or mountain. Purple - Grass
Now, you don't need to sleep in the situation, you are just more comfortable in that situation. Normally. Otherwise do as you'd like^^

| The Adamantine dragon stares at the man, absorbing all the information it can from him. He seemed like the enemy a short while ago, but now he doesn't...something was amiss.
He lays there for a moment and then suddenly coughs, as something irritated it's throat for some reason. A small plume of fire bursts from it's mouth and it backs up slightly.
The dragon's eyes narrow at the sudden odd occurance.

| The bronze dragon tilted her head lightly, looking up at the cloaked man before thinking about a name for herself... Didn't a name have to represent your true self...? Saren. The name came to her and she blinked lightly, before looking up at the man. "Saren.... I want to be called Saren." She said softly, before thinking about the puzzlement of where to sleep.
Whenever she though of it, her mind pictured water, especially that spring nearby. Her instincts told her that that wouldn't be a good place, so for now, she deemed she'd stay in the cave for now... until she had had a chance to explore a bit first. Maybe then she would find the perfect nesting place.
Saren's thoughts were interrupted by a sudden plume of fire, which caused her to jump up and back away from the source, the Adamantine. She had lightning, and he had fire... She wondered then what kind of breath ability the others had.

| The purple dragon bobbed her head as if she understood. Her ears were getting more focused. She could make out the sounds, she could even tell what he meant... she knew that he wanted her to identify herself. To say what she wants to be called.
She put her head down, as if in thought.
She didn't mind having to abide to a few... rules. This man didn't seem to want to harm her.
The purple dragon didn't have absolutely anything in mind. She stepped out of the cave, into the ground just outside, and stepped onto the grass outside. She lay down in thought. She was certain that was not the place she would make her nest, but she knew that she wanted something similar.

| The Amethyst dragon was baffled at what to think of the man. He had not a clue what it could classify him as, but he supposed it did not matter. He thought of what he could do for his nest, although to be perfectly honest he felt at home here. The atmosphere seemed... fitting to him. Yet for one reason or another he did not want to stay. Perhaps it is because of what he had witnessed in this cave.
"I feel tired..." He said to himself in his unusually childish voice. He walked towards the entrance of the cave, and then took a few steps to the side of the mouth and lied down. He did not fall asleep, but he did not seem to want to move either.

| "...name..."
The Adamantine dragon thought to itself. It then looks over at the bronze dragon and it's reaction. It stares at the bronze.
Fact of the matter was, the Adamantine dragon hadn't eaten anything, and was significantly bigger than the bronze dragon. It quickly dismisses the thought.

| Carrying the rabits had become cumbersome, and only then did the Cobalt dragon realize he was stringing 2 rabbits from his neck. Something about a name.
He was hard at thought about what he wanted to be called. He was unnaturally shy with this topic, but found that the bronze dragon stepping up first helped.
"I'd like to be called Varek." The dragon said. He almost opened his mouth to add on but lost his words.
In the mean time it came to finding a nest. He felt uncomfortable in this enclosed, rocky space, desiring something more free, concealed, and woody at the same time. Inside of a giant tree seemed to be most fitting. He temporarily set his rabbits on the ground as he scanned the treeline for big trees.

| Saren felt uncomfortable with the Adamantine dragon staring her down. In all honestly, she felt like she was a buffet, and he was trying to decide what to eat first. Regardless of size, she stood, facing him squarely and giving a low growl as a warning. Becoming someone's meal was no on her list, and she promptly turned, surveying the land from the little cliff overhang outside the cave, sniffing the air. Somewhere near water... She looked, taking note of the large lake at the base of the mountain, before looking off to where the spring was. Where else could she go to be near water...? | |

| The Adamantine dragon heard the growl and promptly ignored it, facing the wall once more, trying to ignore the growling of it's stomach. | |

| The Amethyst dragon looked at the Cobalt dragon as he stated what he wished to be called. "Verek..." He said in a light tone. His view on the Cobalt dragon had changed, he seemed more like a conscious being rather than just another creature that looked like him. It made him realize the importance of having a name. (But... What do I want to be called?) He thought over what he had seen and done in his short day of life, and after thinking through it all he had finally decided what he wanted to be named.
"I---I'd like to be named Pacis..." He said with his childish voice in a rather meeker tone than he had usually spoken with before. As if he were worried the others would mock his name of choice.
(Etymology: Pacis (Latin for peace) usually used in a reference to pacifist/pacifism.)

| "Good names so far. Though it's more for you guys then me. I'm going over there to relax now." The Cloaked man went to the opposite side of the cave, intentionally stepping on one of the dead bodies before sitting; hanging his head down. | |

| The emerald was still walking to a place in the cave as the man spoke with his newest set of intructions, complete with several do's and don'ts. Spying his bronze friend from before, he decided being near her company was most comfortable, so he took his place to her right before giving the man his attention for the remainder of his words.
A name? A sense of being an individual. The concept was sound enough; perhaps under different circumstances his name might have been chosen for him, but this man was giving him a choice in the matter, but He was uncertain if he was qualified to name himself. What if it seemed foolish or strange? The thought made him self conscious...
Nevertheless, he had decided what he would be called; Smarag. He liked the way the term sounded in his head, complete with a slightly rolled 'r', but still his nervousness kept him from voicing his choice, and he moved on to deciding a nest; a much easier choice, as the brief nap he took on the grassy patch near the lake made-up his mind for him. That sun-baked grassy area, or others like it would be a prime nesting ground.

| Since that seemed to be settled, and the cloaked man had nothing more to sat, Saren moved back over to the Emerald dragon, smiling lightly. "Hey~ Where's you go earlier..?" She asked, her expression showing that she had been a little concerned. After a moment, she sighed, and settled down next to him again, smiling lightly. "Would you mind... Helping me find a place to nest later..?" She asked, tilting her head curiously and awaiting an answer. Saren hoped he would say yes... At least then she wouldn't have to be alone. | |

| The Adamantine dragon sighs and stands up, slowly walking out of the cave, to stand on the edge of the cliff and stare off into the distance.
...speak...name...hungry...
It thinks to itself.
"...name..." it utters, in a low, rumbling voice...not so much old-sounding, but still deep.

| "I'm sorry." The concern in Saren's voice filled him with guilt; what was really just impulse, must've seemed rather rude. He lowered his eyes. "Finding food... I don't know. I feel like it's something I have to do alone... I did have some luck." "But I hope finding food for yourself wasn't too tough." He added, looking at her, a smile glowing in his eyes. "And I'd like to help you find a nest too." | |

| "Yep~ I went fishing and I caught two of them." Saren said, smiling as well as she settled down next to him. "I didn't get around very much today... So I didn't finds any good nesting places..." She sighed a little, looking towards the Adamantine dragon. He didn't seem so bad, but something also told her to keep her guard up. She was smaller than him after all. | |
