So i came up with this idea as i was driving today that there should be a research facility named Oak Hill, but i didn't know whether or not such a facility already existed in the genre
so i did about 10 seconds of research

apparently, Oak Hill irl is a counseling center for video game addiction

About a year ago i found an interesting little blurb that voice actors can actually forget their own voices, including accents and personal verbal tics

yesterday i was sitting in class and i remembered that that kind of happened to me when i was in pre-school. back when i had a lot of imaginary friends and not a lot of real ones, I would walk around the playground and talk to 'myself', speaking the parts of my imaginary friends myself.
On at least one occasion, recess was ending and i ended whatever thing i was doing at the time, only to realize that i was still talking in someone else's voice, and i didn't know how to go back to my own. And honestly, it freaked me the fuck out for a few minutes until i could recall at least something of what my voice was supposed to sound like

for those of you who know me irl, my voice might actually be completely wrong from how it was supposed to turn out...

I had my front teeth kicked out when I was little so I developed an odd style of speach, only recently did I learnt hat is why my voice is somewhat abnormal and I pronounce certain letters or combinations of letters oddly. I took some speech therapy stuff when I was little as a result as well. To normalize everything a bit.

My accent is a mutt. It changes often and it has no real classification. I'd reckon I sound fairly typically Montreal Canadian English at this point, having thrived in the metropolitan area for a good year now and having lived in a suburb next to it for 7 years, but I sound a bit more 'flat' to myself than the locals do. *shrugs*

okay, for the three of you actively interested in playing my rp, here's how i think it is going to go:
the short version: i do a very stupid thing, and you have a grand time

the long version: in order to give myself the challenge of trying to run an rp, i am going to give you guys powers that can easily break the game, and try to run the story form there
The power list i will be using is the one in the Alpha Source-ery section (should be page 3, fourth one from the bottom after today). I expect to get the details i want from your characters put up tomorrow, but it should be pretty light. I will then randomly roll for what power you get (to ensure fairness. that being said, you don't have to say what power you got if you want to make it interesting).
And with that, I drop you all in your starting location and off we go
whether you guys fight each other, work with each other, or what have you is completely up to you, so long as What you do fits with your characters wants and desires

and as a final note (mostly for me, so that i don't forget), whatever power you get, it Can work on other power users (unless the other person is shielded), so much like in Code Geass or Mirai Nikki if you want to fight other power wielders you are more than likely going to have to get creative. Also, while i am not incorporating a direct power ranking system, if the two of you are using your powers head to head, the person who has used their power more, understands and wields it better, is going to win. other than that, it's all you

Ichi was dobbleganger, ts was minion, I was werewolf, grave was robber, I was werewolf, and tim was the lone seer (yeah, he did see me as werewolf)
ichi looked at grave and saw robber, and robbed ts, getting minion. So, two minions (technically)
As soon as grave became the robber, she stole from me, becoming a second werewolf
So best was trying to throw me under the bus, while everyone else tried throwing him under the bus, all thinking that they were all the werewolf team (and not knowing it until the end)

i should start an acting/video game channel
titled "My Life as A Video Game Protagonist"

and it is just me playing video games, talking as the main character, basically going, 'the fuck am i doing? why am i doing this? can i just take a goddamn nap?'

I thought of something similar a couple years back, just voice acting all the main characters in my party as I play the game, but then I realized I don't have any decent equipment for it. I have seen a couple of things like that going on recently and I enjoy it. Well one thing in that vein, es muy bien, Just finished a run through fallout 3 with a satisfying end and has been doing a pretty cool thing in mechwarrior and some of the blood omen games that I've been enjoying.
