is it just me, or is it never actually the TEMPERATURE that makes if feel cold? To me, it's always the wind that makes the winter months miserable

Cold weather is annoying, but i can get over it, and frankly, it can be 30 degrees Fahrenheit and i can still be just fine with just a jacket.

The moment wind gets involved though? fucking hell. i don't care how light or strong the breeze is, it pisses me off to no end, especially when it changes all the fucking time so that no matter which way i go i have to walk Into the wind to get where i need to go

it is indeed the wind that makes it unpleasant,

but there comes a point, at -30 degrees, where you can feel the outer capillaries on your face frosting over, and that is not the wind's fault. :'D
