In essence, the most likely result would be a little spectacular. If literally all of the energy in the world shifted to one point, the first thing that would happen would be instantaneous global annihilation. However, not from the energy, but from the lack of it.

Since atoms rely on energy to bond together, removing such would break those bonds. Now, one of two things will occur:
1. The world and every atom within it will slowly drift apart, as even neutrons and protons no longer stick together as it were. The world and everything in it would become a sort of cosmic dust.

2. The world and every atom within it will violently explode, as there is no longer anything holding it together, and if we presume that kinetic energy still exists (since once could argue whether kinetic energy is a literal energy at all), the force of all of the atoms interacting would carry over to this split second, so without those bonds, everything would be diffused at an insanely fast rate, sort of like a firecracker. Basically vaporizing everything.

We also need to account for what will happen to life. Living things would not experience any of these tragic events, since all life would die instantly from having its energy removed. No energy means no nerve pulses; halting all brain activity, killing all subjects instantly.

Now that everything is dead and the world is just annihilated, what about that energy? Well, a number of things could honestly happen. Though if all energy were focused on ONE point, assuming that point is smaller than an atom since atoms carry their own energy, my money would be on,
"Sudden explosion of pure energy/radiation that would fry anything it passes through for like a million miles."

I don't suspect it would be as devastating as losing the energy, but more along the lines of the world's most powerful EMP. Though it's hard to say. I may be wrong and it could create a black hole or a mini supernova. Though I doubt it'd create a black hole, since black holes aren't very energetic things by nature (Plus from what we know, they need mass to work anyway, and well, no mass is present in this case).



So long story short, everyone dies.

but then, because it is all-powerful, the very fact that it exists will warp the universe to compensate, and then it will be able to lift the boulder
